Your benchmark set is built by our engine based on a multi-factor matching process. We look at your restaurant format (fine dining, casual, fast casual, etc.), geographic market, average check, seating capacity, daypart mix, and service model. The result is a set of verified operators who are genuinely comparable to you — not a generic industry average. Benchmark sets are refreshed quarterly.

We pull transactional data from your POS (sales, item mix, check averages), labor data from your payroll or scheduling platform (hours, costs by role), and cover counts and turn times from your reservations platform. We do not collect personal data about your guests, staff, or customers. We only collect operational performance data.

No. Your raw data is never shared with other operators. Benchmarks are computed from aggregated, anonymized data across your peer set. No individual operator's data is ever identifiable in a comparison. We take data privacy extremely seriously — it is foundational to the trust that makes this platform work.

Most operators complete the integration setup in under 15 minutes during their onboarding call. Your dashboard goes live within 72 hours of completing integrations. We run an onboarding session with every new client to walk through the setup and answer any questions.

Yes. Both tiers are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. There are no annual commitments, no cancellation fees, and no lock-in periods. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. We believe the product should earn your business every month.
